- We’re a locally owned, fast-paced, 16-year-old, established clinic in Bellevue
- Our mission is to provide outstanding and compassionate psychiatric care for child and adolescent patients and their families.

Salary, Compensation & Benefits:
$19 to $22 per hour – Depending on Experience & Performance
- Raise eligibility after 6 months
- 2 weeks paid vacation and 5 holidays after 6 months

Goals & Objectives of the Position:

  • Appointment Scheduling & Confirmation
  • Effective Communication with potential new clients and families inquiring about services
  • Effectively communicate with current patients, families and staff (both written and verbal)
  • Handling faxes, medical records, Insurance paperwork and prescription requests
  • Close communication with clinicians regarding practice management

Prior work experience: One or more year(s) of experience in a medical office setting
Skill requirements: Familiar with medical office concepts, practices, privacy rules, procedures, and terminology
Educational requirements: High School diploma required, with additional training preferred
Technical requirements: Proficiency in Google Documents, Spreadsheets and MS Office. Ability to type reasonably quickly (minimum of 40 wpm).
Misc. requirements: Finalists for this position are subject to a background check including, but not limited to: criminal, education, employment history and motor vehicle.

Working Conditions:
Hours: Part Time position, Monday through Friday -- 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Office Location: Bellevue, WA
