What you’ll be doing:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales/Growth for the Car Wash Industry to lead our sales and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing market share in the car wash industry. This individual will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and fostering strong relationships with our leaders.

A day in your life might include…

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
• Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting revenue and expenses accurately
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective action where necessary
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, and share insights with the team
• Develop and implement training programs to improve the sales team's skills and knowledge

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the car wash industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and develop effective sales strategies
• Experience managing a sales pipeline, forecasting revenue and expenses, and reporting on sales performance
• Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
• Willingness to travel as required
