Snip-its haircuts for kids is looking for Stylists Full time or part time. This is a working stylist position and must project professionalism at all times. Must love kids, be upbeat, motivated,dedicated and a team player. We are a walk in salon with clientele. We offer guaranteed hourly wage, tips and incentive potential and great hours.

Key Responsibilities are to work directly with Manager and Owner to ensure overall salon services and store standards are met through excellent customer service and quality, maintain quality store operations and contribute to store profitability.
Help in training all incoming new employees, ensure all opening and closing procedures are done according to company policy.
Ability to work during blackout times and busy times in the salon and cut hair for an extended period with the ability to provide quality cuts in a fast pace environment.
Strong organizational skills are also a must for this position along with retail experience. Must be able to upsell with ease.
