La Quinta Inn Livermore by Wyndham, is looking for a Full-Time Guest Service Agent for the hotel's front desk for immediate hire. The work schedule could be either from 7am to 3pm OR 3pm to 11pm and the candidate should be available to work on weekends. Flexibility is crucial. Job tasks includes: greeting and connecting with guests; courteously checking-in and checking-out guests; making reservations; answering phones in an efficient, friendly manner; providing concierge services; posting charges and balancing shift's work; etc. Organizing and selling sundries items with light cleaning/sanitation of work area. Be knowledgeable on our hotel features, room rates, amenities and services. Complete other assignments and perform other tasks as directed by management.
