Duties of the job: Taking GREAT care of our guests (customers) is our most important task, so hiring GREAT people who are self-motivated and team-oriented with a passion for customer service is key. Our salespeople do not work on commission; instead, they're paid by the hour with wages far above the retail industry average. Salespeople are encouraged to work as a team to help find the ideal home furnishings for our guest.

What we're looking for in YOU: We love people with a great smile that really enjoy engaging with our guest. Our atmosphere is fun but not easy, you must be hard working. Also, you need to be able to work as a team member with the goal of putting our guest first.

We are GROWING! As with any growing company, the opportunity for growth is incredible! We are opening up stores all the time and we need managers to run them. If you possess the skills we need and that ability to drive sales and execute, you could be put into a manager in training position and be running your own store in as little as 18 months. You could be an assistant manager in as little as 6 months.
