JOB SUMMARY
As the Manager, Growth Marketing, you will implement our growth strategy, encompassing customer acquisition for new clients and marketing delivery for established clients. You will support large enterprise customer campaigns through a combination of campaign strategy and tactical deployment. You will build and drive the lead-to-customer journey's efficiency and effectiveness by driving online demand and optimizing channel performance. You'll collaborate with GitGo Leadership, Sales Delivery and key stakeholders to identify and execute initiatives that deliver Sales Qualified Opportunities. Additionally, you will deliver against key performance targets, forecasting, and report on results.
You will be part a small, dispersed marketing team and report directly to the VP, Commercial Strategy.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Our ideal candidate is equal parts strategic and operational, with hands-on experience developing, planning, launching, analyzing, and optimizing customer acquisition campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Support go-to-market plan for integrated digital campaign launches for GitGo’s hospitality partners, including budget, forecast, efficiency targets and channel
· Build dashboards for measuring and sharing results on business critical KPIs related to growth and own achievement of weekly/quarterly/annual KPIs
· Plan, execute, and lead campaigns across all channels, including organic, paid, and earned
· Help refine customer personas to enhance targeting by establishing a detailed matrix of logos, titles, skill sets, use cases, etc. to implement a strategy that identifies our ideal customer profile and lands net, new business
· Work with creative partners and GitGo Executive Team to develop strong messaging and storytelling content for brand performance
· Write compelling and simple copy to be utilized across channel mix and content marketing
· Manage and track Return on Investment and Customer Acquisition Costs on all campaigns to ensure success
· Maintain calendar of all demand generation campaigns/programs, tactics, budgets, and metrics to optimize awareness and lead generation efforts
· Drive qualified and quality leads to the GitGo pipeline and own marketing-originated Sales Qualified Opportunities
· Drive customer acquisition, cross-sell, and up-sell efforts to meet expected lead targets through an understanding of the most relevant and engaging content needed during the stages of a B2B sales cycle
· Manage the sourcing, cleansing, and transferring of campaign data between client platforms and GitGo as well as across the GitGo Technology Stack
QUALIFICATIONS
· World-class storytelling, writing, and editing skills
· Understanding of driving quality leads through content marketing and various strategies
· Proficient in email campaign performance metrics with the knowledge and ability to pull the right levers to enhance results
· Convey a can-do, positive attitude towards tackling challenges and opportunities
· Strong project management skills to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and deliverables
· Proficient in building email automations in HubSpot or other platforms
· Proficient in Salesforce.com which a keen understanding of how data moves between systems
· Understanding of Aircall or other cloud-based call center applications
· Marketing Technology savvy with understanding of funnel and conversion metrics
