Pa Fitness is a full service fitness and aquatic fitness center in Hummelstown, PA. Formerly Gold's Gym offering a full line of fitness equipment and amenities. Looking for a dedicated fitness professional to lead our group fitness team, grow our group fitness classes, and be a part of our front desk and sales team.

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Fitness Manager/Instructor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading group classes, providing individual instruction, and developing customized fitness plans for clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and nutrition, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals. We are looking for an individual who is committed to helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. Must be available to assit front desk staff evenings, everyother weekend, and shifts as needed. Part time position requiring 25 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Provide instruction on proper form and technique for various exercises.
• Demonstrate exercises to clients and provide feedback on their performance.
• Motivate clients to reach their fitness goals.
• Create customized exercise programs for clients based on their individual needs and goals.
• Monitor client progress and modify programs as needed.
• Educate clients about health and nutrition.
• Ensure safety of all clients during classes.
• Lead/Manage group fitness instructors and schedule
• Utilize point of sale
• Be high energy and customer service oriented

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Experience:

• Teaching: 3 years (Required)
• Customer service: 1 year (Required)
• Group fitness: 3 years (Required)
• fitness management: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Certified Group Exercise Instructor (Required)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)
