We are currently seeking a motivated porter to help with property upkeep, clean amenities and breezeways, pool upkeep, and general maintenance. Primary responsibilities include property upkeep/groundskeeping, breezeway cleaning and maintenance outdoor and indoor amenity upkeep, and assisting in turns.
We are looking for a Groundskeeper at our Bexley Steelecroft Apartments in the Steele Creek area - Charlotte, NC.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Pay: $15/hr plus additional quarterly bonuses!
Weinstein Properties is a forward-thinking property management company who both owns and manages our apartment communities.
Residential maintenance janitorial/housekeeping/grounds and turn experience is a plus.
Some HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, interior/exterior maintenance, carpentry and painting experience a plus but not required.
