Braun Northwest, Inc. (BNW) is now hiring for a Grounds Maintenance Worker position in Chehalis, WA.
The schedule is Monday-Friday, 40hrs per week with a start time between 7:00am and 8:00am. This position is overtime eligible. The compensation for this position is $16-$20/hr DOE/DOQ.

BNW’s 401(k)-retirement plan is available for all full-time employees after one year of service. BNW is looking for a grounds maintenance worker to join our team in the Maintenance Department. This position is responsible for the general maintenance and cleaning of all areas and equipment throughout the plant. This position specifically provides maintenance on Braun Northwest facility grounds to include; landscape or maintain grounds by property using hand or power tools or equipment; mow or edge lawns, using power mowers or edgers; care for established lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing, removing thatch, or trimming or edging around walkways or walls; use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers, or axes; gather and remove litter; and clean windows using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, or squeegees.
In order to be successful in this position, the candidate must have the:
- ability to sit and stand for long periods of time, and on occasion crawl into tight areas in order to complete cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- ability to move objects which could exceed 50 lbs.
- ability to perform general maintenance duties specific to each area’s needs.
- ability to pull and push to complete cleaning, for example, sweeping, vacuuming and maneuvering of heavy floor cleaning machines.
Prior experience performing grounds maintenance is desired.
