We are currently seeking for applicants to join our team and fill our full-time positions as a Greenhouse Monitor at our greenhouse operation in Delta, OH.

Job Details

We are currently seeking applicants to fill one position as a Greenhouse Monitor. Under the direction of the Greenhouse Manager the Greenhouse Monitor assists with the company’s environmental and food safety systems to ensure that all employees meet company compliance guidelines.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensure that all individuals that enter the greenhouse are adhering to proper Bio-Security protocols and suiting up procedures.
• Communicate with employees, supervisors, and managers to enforce compliance with all Bio-Security SOP’s

Job Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills, must be able to communicate with individuals at all levels
• Ability to work with a diverse group of employees with various cultural backgrounds
• Must be able to effectively follow and give directions
• Ability to maintain professionalism
• Must be able to work independently
• Strong work ethic
• Produce experience is an asset
• Must be able to work Monday through Saturday
• Hours will fluctuate according to the ongoing needs of the business.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background and drug test)

Workplace Conditions:

• Temperatures within the Greenhouse can vary from very hot and humid to cold
• Working with minimal supervision

The starting wage for this position is $15.89/hour. Work is available immediately upon hire.
