Our luxury real estate client is looking for a Marketing Graphic Designer for a 6-month contract opportunity in New Hope, PA! This designer will join the Marketing team to deliver internal and external print and digital design assets. Design work includes assets like brochures, folders, collateral, property listings, and marketing materials.
Location: New Hope, Pennsylvania
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $35 - 45 per hour
Work Hours: 9am to 5pm
Responsibilities:
- Create and update property listing brochures, postcards, signage, advertisements, presentation materials, etc.
- Manage creation of competition aerials, site plans and renderings
- Create and maintain of retailer logos.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience
