Stabilon Machine Operator
12 hour shifts
Machine
Follow job safety specifications
Patrols machines
Understands Milliken quality policy
Doff machines if certified
Creel machines if certified
Recognize quality defects
Flag machines for technician
Test % pickup in the lab if certified
Repair yarn breaks
Quality documentation
In-coming/off-going walk through
Maintain good housekeeping
Operate 3 of the 3 types of machines in stabilon
Follow the shutdown authorization procedures
Perform BARCO duties
Prevention work (i.e. compare machine processing with spec sheet)
Other duties: perform other duties as specified by the manager, participate in team activities and duties, get parts/supplies from supply room
