Job description

Oversee product quality and operational standards. Direct marketing efforts and adapt to market conditions. Manage and train assistant manager and staff. Manage sales and profitability, and oversee the budget and reporting. Responsible for ordering and inventory management. Manager will work along side employees to ensure all shifts and positions are covered.

Qualifications:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have knowledge of service, food, and beverage, generally involving at least one year of

restaurant management experience.

• Possess excellent basic math skills and have the ability to operate a POS system.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have the stamina to work 45 to 50 hours per week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
