Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of sales and customer service representatives to deliver exceptional customer service and meet revenue goals
- Develop and implement strategies to increase membership sales and retention, including lead generation, follow-up, and member engagement
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in sales and retention performance
- Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns and events to drive revenue growth and attract new members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and state regulations
- Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that encourages teamwork, personal growth, and achievement
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role in the fitness industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a gym or fitness business through sales and retention efforts
- Strong sales skills and experience in driving membership sales and retention, including lead generation, follow-up, and member engagement
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales and customer service team
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, members, and partners
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sports management, or a related field preferred
