Job description
Looking for a full time General Manager for a small franchise hotel in the Sarasota area. Must have previous experience as a hotel GM.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervise work at all levels (front desk receptionists, house keeping, etc.) and set clear objectives
- Manage budgets/expenses, monitor room rates to increase revenue
- Deal with maintenance issues, shortages in staff or equipment, renovations etc.
- Work with external parties such as suppliers, travel agencies, event/conference planners etc.
- Inspect facilities regularly and enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
