Popular Chicago Based restaurant group featuring a variety of Fine dining, upscale casual and high volume casual concepts is looking for a General Manager to join their team. This is an amazing opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to join a growing restaurant group.

Currently looking for a GM in the West Suburbs for our Upscale casual restaurant in Wheaton Illinois featuring a selection of prime steaks, chops, seasonal menus and well curated beverage program.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years working in a upscale restaurant environment.
• Minimum of 3-5 year working as a General Manager in a full-service high volume environment preferred.
• Currently or recently removed from high volume restaurant environment.
• High Volume experience a must up to 300 covers in a $4-$7 million dollar setting.
• Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
• Design strategy and set goals for growth

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
