We are looking for an Energetic General Manager to help us to take our Germantown Location to the Next Level and to Grow with the Company!
General Restaurant Manager's Responsibilities
- Hires for the business needs
- Trains and develops staff members
- Develop Shift Leaders
- Controls payroll and food cost
- Maintains positive scores on guest surveys
- Standards for the Brand being followed and positive outcomes of inspections
- Scheduling
- Ordering to the proper levels for the business
- Build relationships with guests and with the community
- Cultivate a positive culture in the restaurant
- Follows all procedures for food safety
- Follows all employee laws
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation in the restaurant
- Deliver excellent guest services and products
- Proper cash handling / adhering to proper cash procedures
General Restaurant's Manager's Requirements
- Must be 21 years
- Carries a Valid Driver's License
- Pass a Background Check
- Available on weekends and holidays
- Work schedule 9 AM to 8 PM – Minimum of 48 hours per week
- Have reliable transportation
- Passionate about the Food industry
- Enjoys working with people
- Organizational Skills
- Basic computer skills
