The Club Manager is personally responsible for managing every aspect of the business, establishing relationships with new and existing members within the facility, building the club's business by meeting with new prospective members and engaging with the community. This is the job for you if you are highly organized and you personally enjoy attaining goals while helping others do the same!

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Phone Calls, Sales, and Lead Nurturing
  • Converting Delinquent Accounts
  • Managing Member Retention
  • Oversight of Cleaning and Entire Club Operations
  • Ongoing Motivation and Coaching of Club Personnel
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Business to Business Deals and Networking

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
