General Maintenance - Hospitality
We are looking for an exceptional team member to help us maintain the restoration of our beautifully renovated property. This team member will work closely under our Chief Engineer while providing support to the hotel staff assisting guests with day to day issues.

We are looking for a candidate that can assist in the following areas with general knowledge in;

• Painting/wall patchwork/repair
• HVAC cleaning/maintenance
• General plumbing knowledge
• General electrical knowledge
• Pool maintenance
• Landscaping maintenance
• Team support wherever needed at the properties

This position is not limited to this scope of work and all daily tasks lists will be provided by the Chief Engineer or the hotels General Manager/Manager. Candidate must possess competent knowledge of use and care of tools and equipment used in facility and ground maintenance. Candidate will also be responsible for inspection of buildings, grounds and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions and report any suspect or known building/equipment issues to direct supervisor.

An above-par work ethic, trustworthiness, integrity, initiative, attention to detail, and a genuine care for people (guests and co-workers) are essential. As is flexibility; you could be asked to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
