Summary:
Summary
The General Laborer is responsible for various general labor activities such as facility housekeeping and cleanup, handling and sorting materials, and yard and shop upkeep.

Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform the following essential duties satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned to address business needs and changing business practices.

  • Follows all EHS rules and regulations.
  • Performs yard work such as maintaining outdoor grounds and landscaping.
  • Maintains the facility by keeping the yard and shop clean and free of debris, performing repairs, and painting.
  • Cleans and maintains restrooms, locker rooms, and common areas.
  • Notifies Leadman or Supervisor of any materials and/or equipment required for completion of job tasks.

Qualifications
The following generally describes requirements to successfully perform the assigned duties.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience working with lawn equipment.
  • Ability to focus and pay close attention to detail while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work and communicate within a team setting.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

Preferred Qualifications
  • One to two years work experience
  • Experience working in a production environment
