General Laborer Needed!

POSITION OVERVIEW
The responsibilities of the General Laborer position are detailed below.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Material collection
• Handling concrete and checking the bricks for chips and cracks.
• Maintaining good communication and positive attitude with Co-Workers and Management
• Following safe workplace rules and practices in order to prevent on-the-job injuries.
• Working regular shifts and additional hours, when necessary, as directed by the Supervisor
• Can lift over 50lbs
• Must be able to work with raw concrete material.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to resolve resident concerns while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to apply sound decision-making
• Ability to demonstrate teamwork by assisting co-workers
• Ability to communicate professionally and adapt interpersonal skills to a variety of audiences
• Must have a valid Driver’s License

• Stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers to handle, feel or grip, and reach with hands and arms while performing standard duties.
• Kneeling, squatting, bending, overhead reaching, stretching, twisting, climbing stairs and lifting up to 75 pounds.

POSITION SPECIFICS & BENEFITS

• Full-time position; Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
