DAILY & MONTHLY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.
- Keeps products separated, organized, and in good rotation.
- Utilizes continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
- Follows good manufacturing practices and required work-safe practices.
- Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Concentration Skills
- Ability to work well on your own.
- Physical skills like movement, coordination, and dexterity.
- Must be able to lift to 35lbs (most of the time up to 20 lbs., but larger glove boxes weigh up to 35 lbs.)
- Regular attendance and being on time are a MUST.
- Able to cope with continuous time sensitive work environment.
- Good hand eye coordination and motor skills.
- Comfortable alternating tasks during shift.
DRESS & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:
- Good hygiene standards. Frequent hand washing. Covering of all open body hair.
- No loose or hanging clothing or jewelry. Legs must be covered. Work pants or jeans preferred.
- Must wear hairnets, beard covers, and disposable gloves while in packing area.
- Work in noisy environment (ear protection provided).
- Safety shoes/boots required.
