*NOW HIRING* General Labor/Pallet Sorter - Loading forklift experience preferred - 1st & 2nd shift - starting at $19.00 plus incentives*

We are looking for hardworking employees willing to learn, and who possess a good attendance history. We have 1st and 2nd shift positions available for our Odessa, TX location (inside the Family Dollar Distribution Center). Position starts at $19.00 plus incentives!

Requirements of the position:

1. Standing, bending, and lifting while sorting pallets

2. Able to lift 70-pound pallets often

3. Performing the job in a safe manner within the company’s process

4. Following training and direction from shift leads, site manager

5. Reporting any unsafe conditions.

6. Helping improve operations by mentioning possible improvements

7. Performing general housekeeping throughout the shift.

What we are looking for:

1. Strong attendance

2. Willingness to perform duties of the position

3. Drive to grow within the company

4. Able to work as a team member with other employees

5. Forklift experience is a plus.

Requirements:

1. Physically able to perform the daily duties mentioned above

2. Previous experience on a sit-down forklift

3. Attention to detail

4. Able to adjust to a changing work schedule (notice given when changes are needed)

5. Desire to excel and move up within the company when opportunities come available

1st Shift: 6:00am to 3:00pm M-F
2nd Shift: 5:00pm to 2:00am M-F
