Position Summary
ALL Crane Service, locate in Independence is seeking an entry level General Labor & Maintenance Team Member to take responsibility for maintenance of buildings. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with comprehensive benefits. This position is eligible for a $100 sign-on bonus after 100 days of successful employment.
Essential Functions
- Maintenance and clean-up of buildings
- Responsible for cleaning and/or pressure washing of vehicles and equipment
- Provide physical labor and assist other workers as directed
- Operate hand and power tools and a variety of other equipment and instruments
- Maintain conformity to safety requirements and other regulations
- Responsible for painting, mowing the yard and or shoveling the snow and operating a snow blower at times in the winter.
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Experience Requirements
- Must be able to work 40 hours a week and overtime as needed
- Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
- Ability to work safely around moving machinery; to work in conditions with marked changes in temperature and humidity
- Ability to safely operate complex construction equipment
- Able to lift 50 lbs
