Compensation

Commissioned sales role that can earn up to $10,000 per month

Salary $3,000 - $10,000

Duties and Key Responsibilities

• Ability to recruit, hire, and train a team of sales associates
• Generate sales leads
• Enforce proven processes
• Full responsibility for showroom
• Set goals
• Manage showroom budget

Qualifications/Skills

● Strong Communication Skills

● Good leadership and motivational skills

● Ability to build, develop, and train a successful sales team

● Ability to develop budgets and goals for sales reps

Experience Requirements

● Minimum of 2 years of sales management experience or equivalent

● three years plus sales experience

● Outstanding record of sales accomplishments
