Job description

Growing company looking for full-time secretary & bookkeeper to handle all administrative tasks. This is an in-office position. No remote work. Must be in the office 6-8 hours per day Monday thru Friday.

Duties Include:

-Bookkeeping including invoicing, bill payment, accounts receivable collections, credit card management, vendor organization, and customer organization.

-Administrative and secretarial work including filing, file management, insurance forms, and other work as necessary.

Qualifications:

-Experience as a secretary and bookkeeper.

-Experience with Quickbooks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Middlesex, NJ 08846: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
