A very busy family on the Upper East Side is looking for a full-time live-in position for their amazing, high-energy 2 year old son. However, they are a growing family with another baby on the way but the family plans to have a Newborn Care Specialist for the new baby so this will be toddler focused for the first several months.

Position details:

Type of schedule: Full-time

Living situation: Live-in with private bedroom and bathroom

Start date: As soon as they find the right fit

Children: 2 year old son and another baby on the way

Schedule: Monday-Friday. Must be open and flexible from 6:30 am-7:30 pm for when the son wakes up and goes to bed (son sleeps throughout the night), but hours can be shorter then this depending on the parents work schedule. It’s also a plus if you’re open to working on some Sundays. Ideally, this is preferable with those flexible for occasional schedule adjustments.

Compensation: $78,000-$104,000 annually based on skills and fit

Benefits: The family is ultimately seeking longevity, so they are open to providing different benefits for the right fit.

Ideal candidate:

• Someone who is lively, creative with activities and would enjoy being outside a lot with their high energetic son.
• Flexible attitude with work schedule and has the stamina with working long hours.
• Someone who can do light housekeeping and enjoys cooking and will cook meals for the child. Kosher experience is a plus but the family can teach the right candidate this.
• Can travel domestically on occasion (mostly to the Hamptons in the summer)
• Someone who is a true career nanny who loves bolstering growth and development for this age group.
