Role Summary: Support the Store Manager in overseeing sales, merchandising, providing outstanding customer service, demonstrating sales floor leadership and inventory control.

Main Accountabilities

1. Partner with Store Manager and ASM for execution of all policies, procedures and operation of store environment including loss prevention.

2. Elevated level of customer service.

3. Goals achieved.

4. Assure sales floor presentation standards and maintain it regularly in order to meet company’s standards.

5. Visual company standards respected.

6. Policies and procedures optimized.

Educational Requirements:

· High School Diploma

· Speaks well and uses effective verbal skills.

Availability: Nights, Weekends, Holidays- max of 38 hours per week.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

· Must be able to lift heavy boxes – receiving, stocking purposes.

· Must be able to climb a ladder – 8’ or 14’

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
