Qualifications:

Full charge bookkeeping with 2 plus years of experience

Will consider a recent college graduate with accounting or business degree

Job responsibilities:

Job responsibilites include, but are not limited to, handling bookkeeping for several of the firm's clients on a monthly and quarterly basis and preparation of payroll on a weekly, bi-weekly and monthly basis. Additional responsibilities include the preparation of quarterly payroll tax returns, monthly sales tax returns and annual business tax returns.

Experience with Thomson Reutrers software and Quickbooks is helpful, but not required. Knowledge of financial statement preparation is a plus. Must be able to report to several different individuals within the firm and communicate directly with clients.

We are seeking a full-time employee, but we are open to hiring two part-time employees for a job-sharing position.

Pay depends on experience. Benefits include: 401k with match after one year of service and paid time off for holidays, vacation and sick leave.

The normal schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00. However, some schedule flexibility is available.
