Job description
Position Summary:
Physicians order cardiac monitoring for their patients and this position is responsible for maintaining adequate inventory of supplies and equipment to meet the daily shipping requirements. As part of the Fulfillment Team, this position is responsible to receive, clean, test, program cardiac monitors, to assist in tracking equipment, fill supply and equipment requests.
Essential Functions:
- Processing patient supply requests
- Allocate and process all supplies and equipment as ordered for patient testing
- Receiving of all cardiac monitoring equipment
- Testing, programming and updating of rotation equipment
- Cleaning and stocking rotation equipment
- Preparation, packing and shipping of Rotation cardiac monitors, supplies, etc.
- Assist with tracking inventory items for event kits
- Assist with coordinating outsourced kitting services
- Assist with shipping requests for Medicomp equipment replacements, repairs, etc. as needed
- Performs all other duties as assigned
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Required Education and Experience
- Energetic and positive
- Able to work in high activity, fast paced environment
- Ability to prioritize & multitask
- Aptitude for learning new software programs and concepts quickly
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite ? Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint
- Must have High School diploma, some college preferred
- Cooperative, hands-on team player
- General office/testing/assembly environment with peers working in close proximity
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time while using the computer and testing equipment.
- Must be able to stand for long period of time while packing kits and preparing items for shipping
- Will have contact with light cleaning chemicals
- Ability to work a multi-shift environment _ a must
