POSITION OVERVIEW

The Fulfillment / Project Manager works directly with our team of experienced Account Managers to provide our clients with their sports event marketing needs.

This position will work directly with our Project Management team to ensure delivery of the world class sports and entertainment events projects that we manage.

This position will have you reporting to the Co-GM and further interfacing with the Operations Department as well as production management and art.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are required to ensure that the quality of the content we process and provide to events around the world meets the highest of industry standards that our partners and clients expect.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Development, production and delivery of projects from concept to completion
  • Effectively analyze clients’ needs and criteria, goals of the project
  • Delivering events on time, within budget, that exceed expectations
  • Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project
  • Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships
  • Managing supplier relationships
  • Management of operational, creative and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently
  • Providing leadership, motivation, direction and support to the project team
  • Traveling to onsite inspections to capture measurements, choose appropriate materials and determine install/dismantle solutions.
  • Experience and understanding of materials for use in the field to create cost effective solutions
  • Manage project budgets from start to finish
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery
  • Assist with other duties within the department, as assigned or as the situation dictates

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in the events world, and delivering static advertising, and/or LED and/or virtual advertising is a positive
  • Successful previous project management or production management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Strong relationship building and maintenance skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, solutions minded and proven ability to meet

deadlines

  • Ability to multi-task, remain agile and work efficiently within a fluctuating and fast paced work environment
  • History of demonstrated excellence and strong business acumen
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as within a team
  • A passion for sports is a positive
  • An exemplary attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Apple equivalents
  • Must be fluent in both written and spoken English, with other languages being a positive
  • Candidate must be team player and Service minded
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher education

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The Fulfillment / Project Manager will split office time between our downtown corporate office and our warehouse in Bridgeview, IL. Dress code is casual. In addition to Monday through Friday work hours, there will be times when you will be required to work some weekends and evenings according to the event calendar. Personal time-off, vacations and comp time should be planned around heavy periods of event schedules and pre-approved by direct supervisor. Frequent overnight travel (about two weeks per month) to offsite client and event locations is required.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
