Job Summary:
We are currently hiring for Full Time Days or Evenings, including every other weekend. Our homes also have Part Time afternoons/evenings and weekends available. We are hiring 1 FT Awake Overnight position at our Maple Lake Program.
We are looking for people to join our amazing team in Maple Lake or Buffalo, MN at our group homes. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) you will be helping 3-4 persons within their group home on a variety of goals to help foster independence. Our Direct Support Staff provide assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation, community outings, personal hygiene, shopping, cleaning, and attending appointments and medication administration.
Persons at these homes do need a variety of personal care assistance and some lifting is required.
Our positions pay $17 an hour at our Buffalo Location and $19.50 an hour at our Maple Lake Location. Asleep overnights start at $10.59 per hour. We offer a comprehensive benefit package (FT positions) to include:

Requirements:
- To be at least 18 years of age
- Have a vehicle with current car insurance
- Have an acceptable driving record as determined by Meridian Services policy.
- Successful clearance from a DHS background Study
- Experience working with challenging behaviors (verbal and/or physical) is preferred.
- Comfortable with lifts/transfers
- Comfortable with personal cares
