Responsibilities as the Front Office Manager:
Oversee all aspects of the Front Desk and Breakfast including, scheduling, cash handling, training, ensure shift coverage, customer service, ordering, inventory and employee engagement.
Assist the General Manager in responding to and resolving guest reviews and day to day stratigies
Responsible for leading and mentoring the employees while creating and contributing to a elavated guest experience
Coach, evaluate, mentor and manage employees to ensure they have adequate guidance and resources to achieve maximum performance
Ensure standards are met to maintain department objectives, company and brand standards, regulatory compliance guidelines and budget to achieve proper management of the department
