• Modern office setting

The Front Desk Manager will over see the operation and front office employees of two PT clinics. The Front Desk Manager will be primarily based out of the Jacksonville Beach office.

The responsibilites of the job include:

- Oversee all front desk operations of two PT clinics

- Oversee orientation, training, and performance reviews for Front Desk Coordinators

- Communicate with Managing Partner regarding front desk staff and operations

- Communicate with Billing Manager in regard to patient and insurance payments

- Insurance Credentialing and Authorizations

- Supply Ordering

- Review EOB’s

- Assist Front Desk Coordinators in their daily roles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 per year

• Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Medical receptionist: 2 years (Preferred)
