Rocky Mountain Fertility Center has an immediate opening for a full time position (36-40 hours) for a Medical Receptionist. The candidate must be familiar with medical appointment scheduling, insurance authorizations, deductibles, co-pays and co insurance. Qualified candidates must be energetic, a self-starter and highly motivated. Candidates must have exceptional attention to detail, exceptional follow thru as well as strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be well versed in the insurance arena, and be able to explain insurance language to customers. Candidate must be able to obtain insurance authorizations for office and surgical procedures. The qualified candidate must be able to multi-task. All candidates must have 2 years minimum experience in a medical office, 2 years experience with an EMR, (the prior use of Greenway EMR a plus). Strong computer and scanning skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook required. Prior OBGYN experience a plus. Bilingual candidates preferred. Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
