MityLite is an award-winning manufacturer of professionally designed highly durable event furniture. Trusted worldwide, MityLite products are found primarily in banquet, meeting, and event venues in the hospitality, education, government, and church markets.

We are currently looking for an organized and cheerful Front Desk Receptionist. The front desk receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors, answering and routing incoming calls, answering basic questions from customers, and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

· Greets customers and visitors at the front desk

· Notifies employees of visitors

· Answer and screen incoming phone calls and routes callers to the appropriate representative

· Manages incoming and outgoing mail

· Assist HR with activities and events

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Experience with:

• Multi-line phone system administration
• Ability to interact in person and by phone in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Experience with Microsoft outlook

​Preferred but not required:

· Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams
