Part-time position at a small, busy estate planning law firm.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. Attention to detail is critical in this position. You will also be assigned additional duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Act as first point of contact for visitors
• Maintain the firm calendar
• Follow the firm's scheduling procedures
• Capture and record contact information
• Conduct follow-up calls
• Interact with potential new clients
• Appropriately track potential new client status
• Provide weekly status reports
• Scan and file documents

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain a positive attitude
• Good organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• No weekends

• Woodbridge, VA 22192: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
