About Us: The Savannah Yacht Club is a private, family-oriented club located on the Wilmington River on Whitemarsh Island, in Savannah Georgia. We are dedicated to member satisfaction through superior service and quality facilities.

Job Summary: Create remarkable experiences for all members and their guests before, during, and after every visit.

Job Duties:

• Greet all members and guests with a pleasant, sincere, warm welcome and fond farewell.
• Answer, screen, and forward phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
• Produce a thorough and visually appealing Daily Update and distribute across the club.
• Produce daily reservation cards for dining and events.
• Receive, input, and confirm all reservations by phone or email.
• Receive, sort, and distribute any mail or package deliveries.
• Accommodate member and guest requests for business services.
• Efficiently prepare and log reciprocal cards for any visitors.
• Go above and beyond to make our members feel special and tailor to their needs and interests.

• Maintain positive ongoing relationships with members and colleagues.
• Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism.
• Multitask and prioritize as necessary to meet customer needs.

Availability Needed:

• Tuesday - Saturday: 4:00- 9:00 PM
• Sunday 10:00 AM- 8:00 PM

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Savannah, GA 31410: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
