Position: Lanes Front Desk Representative

Start Date: As soon as possible

Position Summary:

Come work with a fun and collaborative culture that provides exceptional customer service! As a front desk representative, you will have the opportunity to welcome guests as they start their entertainment experience, answer questions, learn valuable customer service and sales techniques, and work alongside a friendly, engaging team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with their entertainment experience
• Operate telephone, personal computer, and electronic cash register system
• Winning attitude and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction
• Demonstrate ability to diffuse and respond to customer concerns
• Ability to be able to communicate with a wide demographic of people
• Ability to work both independently and in team settings
• Must be an advocate for fun

Qualifications:

• No experience needed – we will train onsite
• Must be 18 years old or older
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to pass a mandatory background check

Compensation:

$13-17 per hour
