Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm smile and friendly welcome
• Check-in and check-out guests, process payments, and manage room assignments
• Answer phones, handle guest inquiries, and resolve complaints with a positive attitude
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions with enthusiasm
• Manage reservations and monitor room availability to maximize occupancy
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest information and transactions
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Follow all hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a fun and upbeat attitude
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in using computer software and systems, including Microsoft Office and hotel management software
• Available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
