As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers in getting their needs met. We expect you to provide outstanding customer service and be knowledgeable about our company products. Your goal will be to ensure the smooth running of our front desk. You will greet customers by phone and in person, handle reservations and ensure that service requests are fulfilled promptly. You should be sensitive to the needs of our customers, as well as our company’s image as a whole. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient communications with all departments within the company (e.g. Reservations, Accounting and Transportation).
