ADAMIS GROUP is seeking a Fragrance Sales Specialist to with a strong Sales Background to represent a top 10 fragrance brand. The candidate MUST have at least 2 years of experience as a Beauty Consultant in the retail cosmetic industry and strong level of experience working with fragrance brands. You will be working as a brand representative for a top 10 Fragrance brand; tasked with driving product sales during your shift, and helping to train the in-store teams on the brand as well, ideally you are great at networking, building relationships, and closing sales.

KEY DUTIES:
Retail cosmetics experience
Big Box Retail store experience required (Macy’s, Nordstroms etc)

Management skills

Organization skills
Customer centric
Educate and inspire consumers on Fragrance notes
Sales Driven
Communicative and interpersonal skills (attention to details, fashion trend oriented, smiling and joyful)
Understanding the client needs (good approach on knowledge and sales techniques)
Training and coaching in store consultants on products.

EXPERIENCE:
The consultant must have at least 2 years minimum in the RETAIL COSMETIC INDUSTRY. This candidate also must have the experience training on brand expectations and building long term relationships with the stores. Preference for applicants with experience representing clean beauty brands and fragrance brands. Experience in working with a Clean Beauty Brand is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
