We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in various support roles, including hosts, barbacks, bussers, and food runners. As a member of our support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to providing outstanding service will contribute to our success.

Responsibilities:

• Hosts:

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Manage the seating and waitlist to ensure efficient table turnover.
Communicate effectively with the team to maintain a smooth flow of guests.
Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and other tasks as needed.

• Barbacks:

Support the bartenders by stocking and replenishing supplies.
Wash and polish glassware, ensuring clean and presentable bar tools.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Assist with the preparation and serving of drinks as needed.

• Bussers:

Clear tables promptly and efficiently to maintain a clean dining area.
Reset tables with clean utensils, napkins, and condiments for the next guests.
Assist servers and other team members in delivering exceptional service.
Support the team with stocking supplies, cleaning, and other tasks as needed.

• Food Runners:

Deliver food orders accurately and promptly to the guests' tables.
Ensure that plates are clean and properly garnished.
Communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen.
Collaborate with servers and hosts to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar support role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Personality - We can train you in any position, but who you are is not something we can train you in.
