Zoli's NY Pizza Tavern- Fort Worth, TX

The Job

• Our pizza expeditors, or "expos," ensure orders are cooked in a timely fashion and that every pizza is perfect! Quality control is a huge part of this job; every pizza must meet Cane Rosso's incredibly high standards.
• Explain special orders to kitchen line and pizza makers and notify management, servers and other staff when the kitchen crew is out of a particular item or the line is backed up. Communication is a key!
• Responsible for managing the final presentation of every plate, making sure it is dressed and garnished properly.
• Box and label "to go" pizzas and desserts and notify bartenders and/or To Go Specialists when orders are ready for pick up.
• Take all food to tables for guest enjoyment!

Qualifications

• Leadership Skills : Our Expos must speak up if something is not right. They must take initiative to ensure quality is always at it's highest.
• Sense of Taste and Smell : Delicious food brings in customers! Our Expos are the last line of defense to make sure each item of food is safe, prepared correctly and tasty.
• Time Management Skills : Great time management will help you avoid serving cold, burned, or spoiled food.
• Ability to work part-time or full time regular restaurant hours. Flexible scheduling available.
