Syndicate Energy Services, LLC (SES) has a well-established reputation for training our employees extensively in order to meet international safety and environmental awareness standards.

We have employment opportunities available for experienced flowback and well-testing assistants, operators & supervisors with minimum 1 year experience. We are currently looking to fill positions in our North Dakota location and there is potential for Texas work in the future.

We run a tentative scheduled rotation based on 28 days working 12hr shifts followed by 14 days off.

Minimum Requirements for Employment

Experience

• 1 year experience perferred

• Be able to pass a drug test at any point in time before and/or during employment.

• Work 12+ hrs per day, multiple days consecutively.
• Withstand extreme weather conditions throughout all seasons.
• Lift/carry object weighing 50+lbs.

• Withstand long periods of repetitive motion.
• Standing/Walking
• Swinging 10+lb hammers
• Pushing/Pulling
• Grasping
• Foot movement
• Climbing
• Face must be clean shaven at all times.

Pay

• Competitive hourly pay, based on experience.
