The Jack Laurie Group is currently hiring experienced Floor Care Technicians looking to make a difference with our floor care crew! ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Floor Care Technicians will complete assigned work orders for carpet cleaning, spot removal, tile scrubbing, as well as stripping and waxing of resilient floors.
- Floor Care Technicians will also complete assigned work orders for final construction site cleans.
Requirements
· Must be able to work evenings and an occasional Saturday.
· Must have a valid driver's license.
· Must have a reliable source of transportation.
· Must have experience with floor care practices and knowledge of floor maintenance equipment - Cimex, scrubbers/polishers, as well as cleaning chemicals such as waxes, de-greasers, etc.
· Carpet cleaning (extraction, spot treatment, encapsulation)
· Hard surface maintenance (stripping, scrub and recoats, buffing, etc.)
· Familiar with 3M trizact process
