Purpose of the Position:
Serve as an Atlantic Club Team Member, upholding the vision and mission statements of The Atlantic Club and fostering a club environment that promotes the highest level of safety, cleanliness/sanitization, efficiency, and customer service for all TAC employees, members, and guests. Engage with Members, Clients and Guests to provide them with a sense of belonging to a wellness community. Encourage, motivate, and guide them toward their fitness goals. Contribute to Membership retention by revenue by providing outstanding customer service.
ATLANTIC CLUB TEAM MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow and promote The Atlantic Club Vision and Mission Statements
- Follow all corporate policies and procedures provided by The Atlantic Club
- Provide support to The Atlantic Club management in all areas as assigned
- Follow all sanitization, social distancing, and PPE guidelines set forth by management
- Own the responsibility of sanitization and social distancing for my workspace
- Be responsive to issues in cleanliness and sanitization and report immediately to upper management if any issue arises
- Be a positive influence for all TAC staff, Members, & Guests
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

- Have extensive knowledge of The Atlantic Club policies, programs, group exercise schedule, and Club APP navigation to assist Members and to answer any questions
- Enforce 30-minute time limit on cardio equipment when there is a wait
- Enforce mask wearing and social distancing if mandated
- Ensure members are wiping down equipment after use
- Provide a safe and clean environment by assisting in equipment cleaning and reporting maintenance issues in club vitals
- Ensure that wipes, spray bottles, and hand sanitizers are fully stocked
- Notify housekeeping if assistance is needed
- Be familiar with the live and virtual group exercise schedule along with member class etiquette and safety guidelines
- Understand and be able to assist members with online registration via the club app, for group exercise classes, lane lines, and childcare services
- Check in group exercise studios at the start and end of each virtual class to ensure social distancing and equipment clean-up is complete
- Assist Management Team as needed
Qualifications:
- Education and Experience Required
- Preferred but no required, current certification in CPR/AED, First Aid, Oxygen Administration, and Preventing Disease Transmission of Blood Borne Pathogens
Physical Demands
- Must be able to safely lift at least 45 pounds
- Must have full use of arms and legs for proper demonstration of various exercise related movements using a variety of apparatus and exercise machines

Purpose of the Position:
To supervise the safety and well-being of all pool participants in and around the pool area, maintain the cleanliness and safety of the facility, attend in-service training classes, and maintain adequate swimming/fitness ability. JOB SUMMARY

- Must have current CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications (must be obtained within 60 days of hire)
