Job description
Retirement Unlimited, Inc. program, RUI FIT, seeks an experienced and energetic personal trainer. The personal trainer will design and execute individualized fitness and health plans for residents. The personal trainer is responsible for conducting individualized consultations, helping residents develop fitness goals, developing nutrition plans, and collaborating with culinary teams to develop RUI FIT menu items.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma.
- ISSA, NASM, or NCSF Personal Training certification required.
- Experience training older adults.
- Senior Fitness Certification preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certified.
- Must be in designated uniform during work hours.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to inspire others.
- Self-motivated to serve customers and achieve success. Proactively identifies and solves problems.
