The Housing Authority of the County of San Mateo in Belmont, California, is a high performing Moving To Work (MTW) agency. We're looking for an experienced and motivated candidate to join our team of dedicated professionals as the Financial Services Manager.

Our organization is seeking a Finance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of the office, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and experience with financial analysis and reporting. We are looking for an individual who is highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the financial operations of the office.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to meet business objectives.
• Analyze financial data and create reports for management.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain internal control systems.
• Provide guidance on financial decisions and investments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $133,983.00 - $167,492.00 per year
