Valley View Dental is a multi-office dental practice that is seeking a Finance & Human Resources Manager to join our team and oversee our RCM, accounting, and HR. The successful candidate will be extremely organized, flexible, like working with numbers, and must love working with people. Bonus points if you want a job that has growth potential!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee relations and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Onboard new employees.
• Manage payroll and benefits administration.
• Oversee training programs for employees.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and producing financial reports & statements.
• Develop office policies and procedures.

Pay: $80,339.00 - $86,877.00 per year
